How to use:

• A large amount of the cream should be evenly spread over the skin, creating a protective filter. However, do not rub it in too intensively.
• You should reapply the cream after any water activity, or where the cream may have been rubbed off your skin, and every 2-3 hours.

You shouldn’t to stay in the sun for too long, especially in the afternoon hours.
