PLKB 2-line Control bar with kite killer for 2-line kites. Grip made from EVA foam. Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a closed cell foam. Therefore it is often used in exercise mats, sports equipment, crafts, kickboards, life jackets and flip-flops. More importantly you can use it for props and cosplay costumes.
